Terms and Conditions for Smartphone Repair Services

"By agreeing to have your smartphone repaired or serviced by our business “PARTHA TECH SUPPORT”, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You understand that during the repair or service process, there is a risk of loss or damage to your smartphone. Our business “PARTHA TECH SUPPORT” is not responsible for any such loss or damage, and we will not be liable to pay for or exchange your smartphone.

  2. You are responsible for backing up all important data and removing any personal or confidential information from your smartphone before bringing it in for repair or service. Our business “PARTHA TECH SUPPORT” will not be responsible for any loss of data or information during the repair or service process.

  3. You acknowledge that the repair or service may not be successful, and that in such cases, our business “PARTHA TECH SUPPORT” will not be responsible for any additional costs or damages.

  4. You understand that our business “PARTHA TECH SUPPORT” is not responsible for any defects or issues with your smartphone that were not present at the time of the repair or service.

  5. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the repair or service of your smartphone as agreed upon at the time of service.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you release our business “PARTHA TECH SUPPORT” from any liability or responsibility for any loss or damage to your smartphone during the repair or service process."

Guarantees / Warranties:

Our business “PARTHA TECH SUPPORT” does not provide any guarantees or warranties for any repairs or services performed on smartphones.

  1. It is the responsibility of the client to carefully inspect their smartphone at the time of pickup, in front of our staff, to ensure that the repair or service has been completed to their satisfaction.

  2. Once the client leaves our shop with their smartphone, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues that may occur with the device.

  3. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any repair or service, including display combo folder or touch screen digitizer or display change.

  4. It is mandatory for the client to provide a service bill and a photo of their smartphone when submitting it for repair or service. If the service bill is lost, we reserve the right to deny the release of the repaired or serviced smartphone to the client.

  5. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the client waives any and all claims against our business for any loss, damage, or issues that may occur with their smartphone after it has been repaired or serviced.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and it is the responsibility of the client to stay informed of any updates.
